Palayesh Parsian Sepehr Refinery Excellence Committee

The first meeting of the Excellence Committee and Integrated Management System was held simultaneously at the Parsian Sepehr Mehr Refinery, the Assaluyeh site, and the Tehran Office. The meeting was convened to foster synergy among different departments, clarify the organization’s excellence approaches, and review the requirements for the implementation and continuous improvement of Parsian Sepehr’s Integrated Management System. During the session, managers and committee members presented their views and relevant reports, emphasizing the need for greater coordination among the various sites and the effective utilization of shared capabilities.

The meeting also addressed topics including planning for process enhancement, monitoring performance indicators, risk management, improving the quality of services and products, and strengthening a culture of participation and organizational accountability. Holding the meeting simultaneously across the three locations was regarded as an effective step toward integrating decision-making, accelerating the exchange of experience, and ensuring the organization’s coordinated progress toward excellence objectives and sustainable improvement.
