With two modern operational sites, Parsian Sepehr executes high-efficiency gas processing in accordance with international standards:
-
Mohr Site — Fars Province
Located adjacent to Parsian Gas Refinery, this unit’s primary function is to separate methane from rich gas and to sweeten it. The purified methane is injected into the national pipeline network, while the heavier hydrocarbons (ethane, propane, butane, and condensate) are transferred to Assaluyeh for further processing. -
Assaluyeh Site — Pars Special Economic Zone
At this site, the final fractionation and recovery of ethane, propane, butane, and gas condensate are performed using cryogenic technology. After storage, the produced streams are either delivered via pipeline to petrochemical complexes or exported to international markets through the Assaluyeh export terminals.
The two sites are interconnected by an 18-inch, 63-kilometer pipeline that enables continuous feedstock transfer. Optimized design, advanced control systems, and real-time process monitoring have established this complex as one of the most modern gas refineries in the country.
