A meeting was held on June 1, 2026, to present and explain the results of the Assessment Center and Industrial Psychology program, attended by the heads and middle managers of Palayesh Parsian Sepehr (PPS) Gas Refinery. During this meeting, the results obtained from the assessment process of participants’ competencies, managerial capabilities, behavioral characteristics, and indicators related to industrial psychology were reviewed and explained. In addition, strengths, areas for improvement, and proposed solutions were presented with the aim of enhancing managerial effectiveness and developing human capital among the heads and middle managers of this refinery.
